THE GENERAL COMMERCIAL PRACTICE

As a young attorney, I was assigned primary responsibility for representing a substantial closely-held, family-owned manufacturing, franchising and real estate business with operations in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware and Florida. For eight years I handled its commercial and real estate transactions, inventory financing and franchising issues, litigation, human resources and regulatory matters, as well as insurance coverage and liability issues.

Since that time, I have built on experience in these diverse areas and have continued to represent individuals and closely held corporations, often in the capacity of general counsel. I am able to address business, liability, partnership and corporate matters myself in most cases and, where appropriate, I have a reliable network of specialist attorneys or other professionals with whom I can associate.
